Live at the moment

Its the time of the year again to some carnival fun.. Yes.. the RAS is here again.. as this sat was the best weather of the whole period of RAS we decided to go have some fun.. as expected the crowd was massive!!!!!!

Didn't get on the rides because there were only 2 of us... however we had a lot of fun.. tried many local produce... let u know some thing the south Australia mullet taste great if u grill it.. almost the same as kampung fish... Took some photo of the exhibition despite that didn't have the mood to take more photo... Why?? because we ere carrying the heavy show bag bought for Fatty, Elsa and Suan suan... Oh ya remember to buy the yellow brick road bag which u c at the last photo cas it is super worthy. Well enjoy the photos... Tyll

It was locate just next to Rundle street.. my fren bought me here last time... had their cold chocolate drink.. the drink was ok.. but they had many exciting flavour to try.. further more the ambiance was great.. nice and cozy...

Community placement: finish d lo

After 7 weeks of community placement at Noarlunga, finally i and done. Really nice placement during the placement i developed a weight management project, run a intro to diabetes group and diabetes super market tour. Overall the placement was enjoyable but being a young man and like to challenge i prefer clinical more.

This is my everyday routine for the pass 7 weeks

Hallett Cove Beach

Went to Hallett Cove Beach like about 6 weeks ago before my community placement when the weather is still warm and cooling not like now freezing.... Hallett Cove Beach is on the way where I currently doing my placement now which is Noarlunga...its actually 4 stop before Noarlunga centre..

Its a pretty nice beach, different from other thou because its a rocky beach..not much to do either... we went there with jacky, Jenn and Kep ying.. who suggested to see the sun set over there... but i was more keen on taking photos hahah...

I always envy ppl who can take breath taking photo where the water is like dry ais and the sky is saturated with colours however i failed to do that... any suggested to improve any one?

Felt really home sick this day, really miss my family a lot... felt that after i came to Adelaide for my further studies dont have much time to spend with them... got a great opportunity to go home this July as i have a free rotation.. Swine should i say H1N1 flu as suggested by WHO ( So that ppl dare to eat pork) and the slow down of economy. This means the air ticket should be very cheap in fact its onli AUD 600 compare to MAS which is AUD 1200 return... its like double le... how ever i have to travel through perth by virgin blue than transfer to jet star.. Dont really decide.. lol.. but in the end wont end up going back one la haiz.....

Today is mothers' day so wana take this chance to thank my mom and my family for their supprt and love!!

Right , 1st of all i just wanna say that i have no association with Malaysia kini .... but from the video i can c that the political wave in Malaysia is getting hotter and hotter... This is good news for us as we really need a political revolution.. From my personal observation once a party gain too much power.. the person tend to abuse the power they have... If this apply to money... more a party have too much power... their will have a power difference... taking this advantages they will abuse this power, their urge to greediness corruption happen... and we as normal citizens suffer.. so its time for us to stand up for our right not just being malaysia but also as a human..

Equity??? it is hard to us to be equal?? why cant we live equally?? why cant we strike for the same target? Why must we condemn each other?? Why we only see our differences? why don't we see our similarity? Chinese, Malays , Indian and indigenous aren't we all human?? live in harmony strike for country...

Malaysia really needs a new ,real leader who can unite all the people together..further more i think that too promote harmony the 1st time we must do its EQUITY!!! thats what we need.. The right too free speech!!! the same right as any one else

Come to the 3rd and final part of wen's bday celebration... It is held at Adelaide finest Japanese restaurant ( Personal opinion)...

Very nice environment , with traditional Japanese furnishing and sitting , great place to have small chat..

The food was good , fresh and tasty.... but in terms of price... i would say i wont come to dine here is there is an special occasion..

Our 1st dish is cold soba.. It was the best soba i ever had tasted.. the soba was just right...

Next come to Yakatori.. Grilled chicken in Japanese BBQ sauce... it was not bad but i acpect it to have more burnt falouvr....

Eal roll... i dont think it god because the flavor wasn't strong enough... i like to eal to be extra strong in flavour

Last but not least Selmon steal.. Juice thick slice of grilled slamon with crispy skin.. serve with mouth watering spicy myonase... not bad combination

Had brakefast on saturday morning at the newly open restaurant along Gouguer street , thank god Carmen book a table if not have to wait a very long Q for a table. The taste of the food is not bad but its different from what used to have in Malaysia.

Just watch the dark knight a few days ago, initially was thinking of watch it in Sydney , but the movie screens after we got back from Sydney .

So we end up watching in Adelaide where the seat really sucks , i really enjoy the movie . The plot is a bit shaky and batman (Christian Bale) didnt have much to act i really impress with Heath Ledger acting (joker) but too bad he had pass away.

I dont need to say much cas i think most of us will not think twice to watch this movie in cinema.

Farewell Dr Foo

Today has been a sad day , Dr Foo had loss his battle to pancreatic cancer yesterday , honestly i didn't get to know him much i remember train with him for a few time , he is really a committed practitioner.

I think i meet him in a dinner , he seems to be a very nice man, a humble man and don't mind talking to a kid like me..

It is a shame for his loss, but god bring him away maybe for a better reason, this tells we must learn to appreciate time that we got, wake up to face the wonderful life every morning.

why is it the earth is circulating the sun and why is the sun circulating the universe?? This is because its achiving a balance of energy so u can imagine it is not a mater of who attracting who , but is a flow of balance.

Same goes to us , we are the universe the universe are us , we circulating around the universe and the universe is circulating around us, well for example if your though is bad the "energy" you express cause , in this case i can say - ve energy , this effect the environment around you which cause the bad thoughts to manifest and the cycle continues, well to brake this cycle you just to switch it to a better alternative, if u have good thoughts it will come about and gave you happiness.

For example, you have a grumpy mood waking up , than do you feel that the whole day things doesnt go well , because every thing in your mind is bad , accept it, try not the manifest it and let it be.

Well i am experience loneliness now apparently, but hey it doesn't effect me , i leanred some thing new, loneliness can be happy to i get to have time for my one which i dont get. Hey if thing doesnt go well just let it be.

After a very energy sucking , intense exam this morning i was expecting my cammy to arrive today... the image of the camera pops on the bed once i get i stirring in my mind after i step out from the exam hall ( Chilakak.. Nutriton and Diettetic exam ask me list supermarket product "vomit blood")...

Any way i track down my courier via my phone , it say its in the process of delivery ....than i straight away call bebe and check on it manatau not there yet...

Another crappy hair cut in Australia

haha... i fall into another trap again today as i went for a hair cut . At 1st i went to the place a fren of mine reckon but i have to wait 20 min for my turn so i turn them down, than i went to the place where i had my 1st hair cut in Australia, some hair studio own by a Korean across the street.

At 1st it was good ,he is a nice person but manatau... jeng jeng jeng he pull out the "blade" i straight away stop him and ask for "gunting" instead , by than i had a bad feeling about this keke..than snip here snip there but but but he still uses the blade haiz i had no air say him d la... just let it be.. but i keep demand him to do this that to meet up the my satisfaction

The hair cut onli takes like 5 to 7 min and it coast 20 AUD omg, haiz how i wish ivan is here to save my hair, this guy has been cutting my hair since i was form 5 . I still remember that 1 day my mom bring me to the aunty saloon to have my hair cut , and just wat i expected , i look like ghost. Then my cousin brought me to ivan's place ,that time he was working in kim-marry(time square) , and wow he totally save my hair hahah so glad of him.

Since than no 1 can cut my hair other than him , the reason why i like him so much is:

Been very down this day...

My mood is in big fluctuation some time i am normal than suddenly i lost myself... i dunno why this happen to me i am very sorry to bebe cas of me she suffer, but living together is not an easy task , because we always face each other , there will have some friction happen... i just cant help me self doing so... so i tend to isolate myself... i dont know how to express my feeling i dun feel like hurting any 1... but ....

Today Malaysia petrol price have increased by 40% to 2.70 RM/liter, in 4 years time Malaysia petrol price had sore up about 2 time in 2004. Time flies ,it had been 3 years since i graduated from inti-A-level really miss the time when i was there , it is the most happiest time in my life, i start to drove that time, i started aikido that time , and the most valuable thing is the friendship i had there.

We all were inseparable, all of us were is the same class , study together , eat together , play together , joking around with each other the only thing we didn't do together is bath and sleep together hahaahah... not funny also

Those images is still in my head , the day when we gather under yeu lor's blog ready to go mid valley , drove to bagan lalang during mid night and i got sick after the trip, haaaaa BOY i still remember KTM chicken rice, mid night wan tan mee and uncle mixed rice.

Halo , "WOW DSLR u wanna buy aaaa?? are u mad" this is the 1st reaction people give me when is talk about it.

Yes i like photography , before this i like got look at picture , i not only look at girl photo but i also a bit artistic 1 K!!! . There is a time where is used to go around wedding planners shop stop my car there and look at the wedding picture.

Since i got a camera last year , some thing struck me, i fell a great satisfaction after taking a very nice picture since than i had been searching way to improve , but the camera i got has its limitation haizzzzz , so i was planning to get a DSLR but it is a extremely expensive hobby a camera body exclude lens is around 1k AUD le. Some more by dad not the kind of person who spends him money easily , he will think think think think before he get an expensive stuff and i kind of like him too, so the intention of getting fades away by time.

But NOW i HAD made my decision i wanna get 1 , but not now but is not distend in the future , heheh i wont ask money from my dad , i had my own way of getting 1 kekek.

I anticipated 2008 to come , because in 2008 i am a member of Flinders medical centre (FMC) ,graduate soon , i get more familiar with Adelaide and was thinking that well this year its gonna be a smooth cruise .

Well think again , cas its not!!!!!! Apart from study what i do is still study ans study even during weekends , and i hardly have time for my love ones , especially for my dear i feel very sorry for her, how is wish i have more time for you.

Other than that ,things don't really go well for me this year, i had a very tough time concentrating on my study it just wont go into my head and it doesn't feel that welcoming in that battle field environment.Apart from that, my luck doesn't give me any help i lost alot of money ( by lost it means spending money on unnecessary condition) and the worst thing is getting shitty result.

But going through this much hard time give me the opportunity to appreciate what i have, my family , dear , knowledge.

From to day on my moto of life is to make my loved one happy, live my life to fullest, keep up with aikido and picking up meditation for real!!!!

Finally i know wat its feel like that... i had been fuckin pityful.. onli with 4 slice of braed with me to full up my tummy....

What i did in the cold medical library study room ????? i took out my laptop browse thorugh the food blogger 's web and keep on stuff in the bread i have will imagining the yummy picture..

dun have money..!!! it stinkssss to fell like poor..

Maybe will get even more poor later.... haizzzzzz wat to do life...

This is my busiest week and next week is mid semster holiday, stupid uni let us holiday like no holida:
B4 the holiday 2 reading , 2 agginemtn , a interview during holiday and a food study during holiday

Its freaking hot in adelaide this few days , man i sweat like a pig and roast myself under the killing sun ..... This is the longest heat wave in the history of Adelaide and temperature reaches 40 for a perioud of 2 week i gonna melt soon.

Ppl from the sud-culture of chines society .. the hokken tribe.. thinks that today is more important than the 1st day of new year...
During the war the hokken tribe , believes they had been save my the gods of heaven by providing them with a sugar cane farm .. in which they can hide from invading Japaneses buring 2nd world war...
To repay the gods every 9th day of (chinese new year )cny they give them offering , and so the tradition continues till now...
The 1st day of cny i can hardly notice any firework .. firing off to the sky ( cas Malaysia had band firecrackers) but this cant stop us from bursting out the dark sky with rainbow like colours...

Holiday in Langkawi

Came back to Malaysia, really didnt enjoy my holiday... didnt have to feel of happy and relax.. the feeling of not having any stress on u .... no need to think about money , study , nagging all that...
So decided to go to Langkawi to visit my bee bee and also have a real holiday.....some more it onli cost me 120 for 2 way flight!!! muahahah cheaper than land travel... i really admire the life in the country life... Langakawi, not only have that but also modern facilities which make yr life comforter...
Can u believe a dinner for 2 person ( seafood tong yum + deep fried squid + 2 fried rice) only coast 7 Ringgit in K.l u only can get Nasi lemak with chicken and Milo..

Well the 1st place we went is a water fall where bee bee useed to go when she was a kid.. Lubuk semilang.. nice view rite ... after we went home that day onli we know the place was hunted hhahah.. Wanna listen to the story???

i am sure u all wanna hear, some one went there one day , as he was walking he felt that some one is following him from the back, than he took out his phone and took a pic from behind, than he saw from the pic that there is a women with very long hair with a white dress with out the lower body.

The 1st time we did i to get our snokeling equipment

than off we go , but beeee bee is too scare of water so she cant go so deep

While i was in the deep sea , she didnt miss to snap some shoot hahah dear dun drop my cam into the water ooo

Then we went to feed the fishes gosh there is millions of them and like never have ate any Roti before... they even bite yr leg , which reminds of of the fish SPA in Pavilion

later than we went to the under water compartments when u can mesmerize the beautiful view of under water

Other than that they also took us out to the sea in a glass boat where u can c trough the bottom of the boat..

than they took us to fed some shark , too bad i cant touch them
